A (hitchhiker’s) guide to the agile world

You were at least able to read up to this point. Congratulations. This will maybe save your life. Or your company. Or both. Although the title is fuzzy, lengthy and not reader friendly. But that doesn’t matter any more since you are now here.

Some viruses decided (again) to change our world dramatically. In a speed which makes you dizzy. And other forces like business angels, shareholders and Jedi knights do the same. At the same moment in time. But in different directions. So you are now definitvely ready to get inspired by this hitchhiker’s guide.

This series of upcoming posts will examine the broad area of agility, agile program and project management. It is neither complete nor concluded. And order or content will change – or both at the same time. Like your business context…

About the guide

During my professional career I managed numerous agile enterprises, programs and projects. Next to that I was accompanying change initiatives and agile transitions – in parallel to daily business. As a consequence an amount of training material, workshops, patterns and presentations rallied up.

In this blog I compile these activities into a comprehensive guide to agile program and project management. I will try to make it as useful as SELFHTML. If you started like me with SELFHTML into the internet, you may know that this is definitively an unrealistic goal 😉

This guide will cover the basics to teach Master + Bachelor Students, shall inspire professionals and help people trying to get out of here – by hitchhikers – wherever here is – and wherever there is.

Don’t forget your towel.
