What’s happening…:
the current situation
A constantly increasing rate of changes is happening in our VUCA-World. Traditional patterns and models for management and organizational development are not longer applicable.
the effect of this situation
There is an increasing urgency and less time to adapt. People, teams, systems and organizations are not longer able to keep up with the rate of change and are at high risk to fail.
…and what’s needed:
the need in relation to this situation
Our context demands today a different set of patterns and knowledge. A new – proven successful – mindset next to patterns and frameworks must be introduced or encouraged.
My expertise and experience in applying modern management methods allows me to accompany people, teams, systems and organizational development to respond to change in the required speed.
the impact of attending to that need
Accompanying people, teams, systems and organizational development with modern managerial methods will increase resilience and enable growth even in our extremely challenging context.
